Befriend yourself. The rest follows.
Depth work through the lens of friendship.
Hi, I’m Frank Lobo.
I live in Goa, India, and I work as a friendship facilitator — someone who helps you deepen the friendships in your life, starting with the one you have with yourself. That order isn’t a slogan; it’s the method. I’m trained in Aletheia (Levels 1 & 2, under Steve March), a depth-coaching approach built on parts work, felt sense, presence, and unfolding.
My Substack — where I do this work on myself, in public, with the doors open.
Read on Substack →My real qualification is homegrown. I spent two decades at war with my own inner household — the critic, the doomscrolling protector, a boy who got hurt a long time ago — and I write about that war, and the slow armistice, in public. If you want the longer story before we ever talk, I wrote it down: how I stopped waiting for the world to end and chose instead to be a friend till the end.
1:1 Sessions
Depth work in seasons — about three months, seven sessions, one thread we keep returning to. With yourself first, and from there, with the people who matter to you.
How a season works →The Circles
A room where men actually talk — six men, six sessions, one season you commit to in full. Online on Saturdays, or in person at an old villa in North Goa.
About the circles →The Art of Friendship — a 2-day retreat
Two days, eight people at most, at a 100-year-old Goan villa. Day one: friendship with yourself. Day two: friendship with others. Nothing to perform, nothing to fix.
